R. Lindsay Todd -- Brief Biography

Dr. Lindsay Todd currently works with various distributed computing systems, such as AFS, Linux clusters, and Kerberos. His dissertation work in multi-interface computing explored the possibilities of automatically generating user interfaces as editors of parameterized data types. He has also pondered how to make software more portable and configurable, winning the Software Carpentry design competition with his paper proposing a system called "SapCat". Dr. Todd teaches a course in Beginning C Programming and helps his wife homeschool their children.
