What's New:

Read through Chapter 10 (Earthquakes).
The next Quiz will be given on Thursday, November 19. Check out the REVEW SHEET for advice on what to know for the quiz.
The end of the semester is rapidly approaching!
1. If you need to make up any labs please contact your TA as soon as possible to work something out. YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS BEFORE THANKSGIVING BREAK!! .
2. If you need to makeup the second exam contact me (Steve Roecker) as soon as possible.
3. Makeups on the second exam are still being held, and out of fairness I can't hand them back until all the results are in. If you want to know your grade on the 2nd exam, email your TA and ask for the score.
You can still access stuff from the October version of this website that Jun Abrajano put together.

SWINE FLU NOTICE

According to a lot of people who know about these things, the H1N1 virus (a.k.a. Swine flu) is a very serious threat to our collective health. Please if you find yourself experiencing flu-like symptoms, do not come to class or lab and seek medical attention as soon as possible . It is important to keep exposure to an absolute minimum. Also, please do not attempt the activity pictured above at home - the child in the photo is a trained professional.
