Use AMPL to solve the brewery problem from Ecker and Kupferschmid (page 16) and the manufacturing model of question 2.10 from Ecker and Kupferschmid. Turn in the final model for each question. Note that the formulation for question 2.10 is on reserve in the library if you are stuck.
Answer questions 5.2(c), 5.7, and 5.8(a) from Ecker and Kupferschmid, Chapter 5.
In addition, read sections 5.1 to 5.4 in the text.
