Questions 10-7, 10-11, 10-18, 10-30 and 10-38 from Rardin, Chapter 10. In Question 10-18, also give a feasible solution found using the Northwest corner rule. The ``class optimization software'' is AMPL.
These questions will not be collected or graded. The solutions should be available online next week. One question from this homework or Homework 3 will be included on Exam 2.
Exam 2 will be on Friday November 21. It will cover chapters 7 and 10, the material on duality and network flows. Class on November 18 will be review. I will be out-of-town for the week of November 17-21, so please make sure to see me before then if you have questions on this material.
