Individuals who wish to organize special panel sessions or special technical paper sessions should submit a short (approximately one page) proposal describing the nature of the session as it relates to the topics of interest specified in the Call for Papers. These proposals should be submitted to the Chair of Special Sessions and Panels, Prof. Olivier de Weck, before the proposal submission deadline (see Important Dates). Importantly, the proposal should also include the names of organizers and participants. Note that any paper proposed as part of a special technical session must have an abstract submitted before the abstract deadline.
