You are the GIS expert, your boss is ignorant. Your report should be clear to the non-GIS expert.
- Submissions must contain clear explanations of what you are doing.
- Assignments are due by Friday 5pm on the week after they are assigned.
- Assignments that are up to 1 week late will be assessed a 50% penalty.
- Assignments that are 1 to 2 weeks late will be penalized 80%.
- Assignments more than 2 weeks late get no credit.
- Assignments are 60% of your grade so get them done on time.
- A broken laptop is not an excuse to pass homework in late.
- Turn in your assignments as hardcopy.
Rules for programming assignments:
!! Assignments must be done with MapBasic unless otherwise noted!!
- Include a listing of the program(s) in the document described above.
- Include a description of the purpose of each program file and how to run the project.
- If you are asked to turn in the digital forms, place all files (other than your final document) into a Winzip file. Name the file with your last name,
