Particularly, we are recruiting several Ph.D. students within ECSE department in microelectronics field: circuit design, electrical/thermal simulation, and fabrication (processing and experimental research), with the possibility of RA support, starting immediately or from Fall 2008. Ph.D. students from other fields or departments may also be considered.
