| On May 30, 1997, Saint Anthony Village High School held graduation ceremonies for the Class of 1997. The Class of 1997 was a special one. A lot of us grew up together, and attended the same school since those days as Pandas at Wilshire Park Elementary. We learned the "States Song" in choir, and started playing musical instruments in 5th Grade. We moved up to St. Anthony Middle School, where we first had lockers, dances, and real schedules. We took trips to the Minnesota Zoo, watched movies about whales, and built a civilization. After 8th grade, we moved up to St. Anthony Village High School, and people from St. Charles joined our ranks. In High School we won National and International parades with the Patriots Marching Band, and won two state titles in athletics. We won Snow Daze as seniors, and graduated as the largest class St. Anthony had seen in years. |
