Pricing and Risk Management for Quality of Service Guaranteed Internet Services This project develops pricing mechanisms for Quality of Service (QoS) guaranteed Internet service contracts. QoS is specified by the loss, delay, delay-jitter, etc. experienced by the data in transit. The contracts are medium duration contracts that guarantee access to a specified level of bandwidth along with loss, delay guarantees. Using single-domain service contracts, mechanisms for end-to-end contracts will be developed.
