Websolutions, Inc. Final Memo

(to be submitted twice) once on 4/20 for peer critique, and 5/1 for final evaluation.

Your final report will be written in the form of a business memo, and it will be turned in to me and the client. The memo should identify the problem that the site is intended to solve and articulate the site’s vision, purpose, and goals. It should discuss the criteria developed and employed to support your decision making. It will clearly identify the audience for the site, as well as user and client needs. Moreover the memo will explain how the site or redesign meets these needs. It will explain how you used information gained through peer critique and useability testing to improve upon the site’s design.

You should include a well-developed discussion of the research you conducted and provide analysis that explains the rhetorical choices you made in terms of content, design, and navigation. Your conclusion should offer additional clarification, qualification, and direction for the future. Appropriate visual support of data and design options should be incorporated throughout the report.

The prose should be clearly written and should have no errors in spelling, syntax, or grammar. All group members should contribute to the memo, and you should compose it collaboratively on your group's node on the wiki.
