Welcome!

Greetings, traveller. Have you ever wondered what the name of Matoro Inika's mask is? Or what Vezok's weapon can do? Or what Onewa Hordika's tools are called? Or which Rahaga's Rhotuka spinner has a boomerang ability? Then you have come to the right place. Here at the Archive, you may learn about the characters, places, objects, and history of the BIONICLE universe. Currently, many exhibits are under construction, but the archivists are working to finish them.

About BIONICLE

Bionicle is a line of building toys produced by LEGO. Bionicle sets are composed almost entirely of Technic pieces, and contain many unique parts not available in other sets. Unlike most Lego themes, Bionicle has a deep and detailed storyline lying behind the sets. The background mythology has made Bionicle one of Lego's most popular themes since its introduction in 2001.

The word "BIONICLE" was originally derived from "BIOlogical chroNICLE", though the phrase is now said to be "BIOmechanical chroNICLE".

Finding Your Way Around

The Archive Directory can be found at the left side of every page. Exhibits are organized into levels corresponding to the story year in which they were introduced. Bionicle started in 2001, so the year can be found by simply adding 2000 to the level number. If you should become lost, you can return here by following the link at the top of each page.

Current Status Report from Sublevel 3
