It is a way of seeing the other side, a way to get where you kan't go, and when you get there it is a place that is unreal. I discovered his great musik from my cousin, Sohan, and now it has become something unbelievable. This page is dedicated to a man and his musik that has virtually redefined trance and techno. Who is Richie Hawtin???

Richie Hawtin is a dj who has almost single handedly revolutionized the world of underground musik. He has his own brand of acidy musik which kan't be mistaken for anyone else. His is the founder of his own label, NovaMute, and he also flys around the world playing his crazy musik. Richie is originally from Canada but he is a citizen of three countries. Richie started out sometime in 1987 by simply listening to the "alternative" eletronic musik out there and then he began to dj. He soon began making his own musik and the rest, you might say, was a flashback.
