Fall 2009 Registration Information:

Registration Night will be held Tuesday October 27, 2009 6:30 - 7:30 in the cafeteria at Albany High School. 

 

 

Registration fee: 

U8, U10, U12, U14: $195

U16/17: $210

For families that have more than one child playing, there is a $10 deduction for each additional child

 

At least ½ the fee is due at registration OR scholarship application and downpayment.

Please make checks payable to "Albany Soccer Club, Inc."

Be prepared to sign: Medical Release and provide medical insurance information
Be prepared to fill out: Uniform Order

Please bring a 1” x 1” photo
