3rd International Conference on Micro- and Nanosystems (MNS)
( Call for Papers pdf)

Description
The ASME 3rd International Conference on Micro- and Nanosystems (MNS) will provide researchers in academia and industry a unique forum for exchange of technical and scientific information on current developments and emerging issues in the design and dynamics of micro- and nano-scale systems. The conference will feature keynote and invited speakers, best-paper awards and peer-reviewed technical papers in a wide range of topics. The conference organizing committee solicits papers addressing theoretical and/or applied research in the areas of design, fabrication, testing, mechanics, dynamics and control, multi-physics and multi-scale modeling, and performance and reliability of micro- and nanoscale systems or devices.

Objectives
Authors and presenters are invited to participate in this event to expand international cooperation, understanding and promotion of efforts and disciplines in the area of 2nd International Conference on Micro- and Nanosystems (MNS). Dissemination of knowledge by presenting research results, new developments, and novel concepts in 2nd International Conference on Micro- and Nanosystems (MNS) will serve as the foundation upon which the conference program of this area will be developed.

Anticipated Symposia topics include but are not limited to:

All papers will be reviewed and, if accepted, will be published in the conference proceedings on CD-ROM. For further information, please contact the organizers of the conference:
