

35th Design Automation Conference (DAC) ( Call for Papers pdf) Description The 35th Design Automation Conference (DAC) is an integral part of the 2007 ASME International Design Engineering Technical Conferences and Computers and Information in Engineering Conferences (2007 IDETC/CIE) and will take place at the San Diego Convention Center, in San Diego, California, from August 30-September 2, 2009. This Conference is sponsored by the Technical Committee on Design Automation, which is an integral part of the ASME Design Engineering Division. This event is the theme of the every-year IDETC and premier international meeting in the fields of design automation. The ASME Design Automation Committee invites papers in all areas of design automation related to mechanical and engineered systems, including design representation, design optimization, design evaluation, and design integration. Papers in other areas of design automation are also welcome, and papers with examples from industrial practice are also strongly encouraged.
