Hydrant Flushing July
22-26
The Physical Plant will flush Institute-owned fire hydrants
on campus beginning Monday, July 22 through Friday, July
26, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
During flushing operations, you may experience temporary
discoloration in water and possible reduced water pressure.
If discoloration in tap water occurs, let the water run
until clear before using. Using the colored or turbid water
may stain clothes, so it is advised to avoid washing clothes
during the flushing.
If you have questions, contact Patrick O'Dea,
project manager, at ext. 8759. 7/1/02
