HR Continues Performance
Management and Compensation Initiatives Human Resources held a series of Town Hall Meetings in January. During the meetings faculty and staff had the opportunity to meet the consultants from Mercer who provided an overview of the findings from leadership interviews, as well as pay design plans and major milestones to date. New Campus Mail Label
System Faculty and staff are responsible for keeping
their information current in the online campus directory. Instructions
for Faculty/Staff Directory Updates are located on the Networking
and Telecommunications Web site. Department administrators have been assigned to monitor and update departmental directory information. Division administrators are responsible for updating the deans, directors, and department heads mailing lists. Questions and comments can be directed to MAILSVS-L@lists.rpi.edu. 1/14/02
Dining Services Donates
to Local Food Pantry Dining Services also has teamed up with
Rensselaer students to provide meals to the homeless at the Joseph's
House shelter in Troy. With the Sodexho chefs and managers acting as
trainers, students learn to prepare and cook gourmet meals and help
serve them to the needy at the shelter. The first of many planned dinners
this year was successfully served, Dec. 5 at Joseph's House.
