Rensselaer Reiterates the Importance of Campus
Safety and Security

Feb. 12 article in The Chronicle of Higher Education reported

colleges and universities as possible targets of future terrorist
attacks. In light of the FBI's statement and the Department of
Homeland Security's recent decision to elevate the national terrorist
attack threat level from yellow to orange, Rensselaer has strengthened
its security procedures on both the Troy and Hartford campuses.
