Fifty-Two Named To UCAA All-Academic Team
The 2002-03 Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association
(UCAA) Winter All-Academic Team has been announced and a league-high
52 Rensselaer student-athletes were selected.
 Rensselaer
had the most All-Academic selections of any UCAA team. St. Lawrence
was second with 38, followed by Vassar (38), Hamilton (22), Rochester
(18), Clarkson (15), Union (15), Skidmore (8) and Hobart/William
Smith (5).
Honored student-athletes must have at least sophomore
athletic and academic standing with a minimum grade point average
of 3.20. The winters sports included are men's and women's basketball,
men's and women's swimming and diving, and men's and women's indoor
