Dutta, assistant professor of electrical, computer,
and systems engineering, was awarded a prestigious Faculty
Early Career Development (CAREER) Award from the National
Science Foundation. Dutta received a five-year, $375,000
grant in part to set up a substrate engineering reactor
to make new semiconductor materials. |
