Administration Division Unveils New Customer Self-Service Web Site Starting this month, faculty, staff, and students on Rensselaers Troy campus can use the Internet to submit a work request for facilities services directly to the Administration Facilities Customer Service Center (FCSC). Requests for facilities repairs or services can be submitted at fixx.rpi.edu.
