Albert Redo-Sanchez received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Physics from the University of Barcelona (Spain) in 1999, 2001 and 2004. He is currently a Research Assistant Professor at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY (USA). His work focused in Continuous-Wave THz systems for NDE applications. Previously, he worked in ASM-Dimatec Ingenieria S.A. (Spain) as R&D manager in several projects for the automotive sector with a result of 4 patent applications. His research interests are in the areas of millimeter-wave applications, signal/image processing, and computer science.
