The Proteomics Core is located on the first floor (Room 1346) in the Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies.

The facility is equipped with a number of state-of-the-art mass spectrometers.

Its mission is to provide service and consultation on mass spectrometry to both on and off campus investigators.
