Jasco 815 Spectrometer with BioLogic stopped-flow

Main Technical Features

Equipped with a peltier for regular Far-UV and Near-UV Circular Dichroism spectroscopy
Additional Stopped-flow device allows quick kinetics measurements in a CD and Fluorescence mode
Four vertical syringes driven by independent stepping motors
Independent programming of each syringe
Millisecond dead time

Applications

Protein/peptide conformational studies
Thermal and Chemical Denaturation studies
Structural determinations
Quick kinetics for folding, unfolding or chemical reaction
