Michael Wacholder
Director, Rensselaer Technology Park and Commercial Real Estate Development

The director of Rensselaer Technology Park and Commercial Real Estate Development has overall responsibility for providing vision, leadership, and direction for the programs and staff of Rensselaer Technology Park. The director also oversees the Incubator Program.

Michael Wacholder has served as director of the Rensselaer Technology Park since 1986. He has been affiliated with the technology park from its earliest stages of development. His responsibilities now also extend to commercial real estate development for the university.
