Elisha (Lolly) Mozersky

As the chief of staff, reporting to the president of Rensselaer, Elisha (Lolly) Mozersky is responsible for overseeing all executive, professional, administrative, operational, and personal activities of the president including board relations. She serves as the primary negotiator as it relates to the president’s speeches, appointments, schedule of meetings, major initiatives of the Institute, projects, calendar of events, and flow of information.
Most recently, Mozersky was chief of staff at the I. Grace Company in New York City. Working with the CEO and other leaders over the past four years, she was responsible for all administrative processes and office services. Prior to that assignment, she served as director of administrative services for three years and assistant to the chairman/CEO for three years at the I. Grace Company.
Her background also includes experience in the performing arts and as a teaching artist in New York City and elsewhere. She received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Toronto, a master of business administration degree from Columbia University Business School, and a master of fine arts degree from Binghamton University.
