Wendy Hall Wendy Hall is a Professor of Computer Science in the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton, UK. She is President Elect of the Association for Computing Machinery, Senior Vice President of the Royal Academy of Engineering, and a past President of the British Computer Society (2003-2004). She is a member of the Prime Minister’s Council for Science and Technology, Chair of the Advisory Board of Garlik Limited, and a founding member of the Scientific Council of the European Research Council. She was awarded a CBE in 2000 and in 2006 she was awarded the Anita Borg Award for Technical Leadership. |
