"What is most vivid in my mind is
the first look back at Planet Earth,
the whole earth brushed with atmosphere.
I like the pictures documenting
life within the space craft, and
I'm hoping that some day I will experience
weightlessness. The moon surface
fascinates me, especially because of its
likeness with some of earth's landscape.
But to be able to take in all of
Earth at a single glance, to have
an overall view of night and day, to
imagine life of all sorts (plant,
animal, human) breathing, growing, dying,
is a WOW for me. If only I
was 50 years younger!"
