National Academies

Dr. Jackson is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and serves on the National Academies Division on Earth and Life Studies (DELS).

• Rising Above the Gathering Storm: Energizing and Employing America for a Brighter Economic Future  Dr. Jackson was a member of the National Academies Committee on Science, Engineering, and Public Policy (COSPUP), a joint committee of the three honorific academies — the national Academy of Sciences (NAS), the National Academy of Engineering (NAE), and the Institute of medicine (IOM).
