Dining Services 2008

A dining experience to remember!

This Spring Hospitality Services will introduce Thunder Mountain Curry to our culinary line-up in the McNeil Room at the Student Union. We have partnered with a local vendor to bring some authentic Pan-Asian cuisine right here to the RPI campus. Using traditional methods and ingredients, customers will be able to sample an eclectic array of “street” type foods from India, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and the Yunnan province of China. “TMC” is available during lunch Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Russell Sage Dining Hall
Currently under construction, the new Russell Sage Dining Hall will be unveiled this fall 2008. It will boast a collection of group seating as well as casual dining seating, improved platforms for theater style dining experiences, and a relaxing atmosphere including a panoramic view of the upperclassmen quad. Long awaited, the new space will feature a fresh approach to the campus dining program with food and services designed for students by students.

Father'sRecently renovated, Fathers Marketplace in the lower level of the Student Union continues to attract customers with its’ colorful atmosphere, a wide selection of reheatable entrees and side dishes, a “We Proudly Brew” Starbucks as well as a Freshens Café, organic groceries and much more. This spring we will be offering a selection of casual dining items such as nachos, quesadillas, baked stuffed potatoes and the like. With late night hours extending until 2 a.m., we are always there when you need us or should we say, need something.
