Future Chips Constellation at RPI
The Future Chips Constellation at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is a team of faculty, research associates, and graduate and undergraduate students performing leading-edge research in the field of compound semiconductor materials and devices to bring about leap-frog advances in device technology. The Future Chips Constellation was established in September 2002 and is led by E. Fred Schubert.
