Description
This course provides an in-depth knowledge of the functional and
strategic activities centered on managing human resources in organizations.
Students will explore Human Resource Management (HRM) functions
and responsibilities in individual and team based exercises and
investigate potential human resource response to changing environmental
conditions by establishing relationships between the global marketplace
and the HRMs role in creating a competitive advantage. The course
is designed to enrich students' contributions to HRM processes
within their local organization and provide students with information
that will help them communicate companies' management ideas to
the organization.
