Modular Automation Concepts
Mechanical, Aerospace and Nuclear Engineering

Description
This course will begin with information on traditional pack-aging equipment and will be followed by a survey of the existing automation market. During a design review, students will extrapolate on the methods of several automation machines and propose modifications. Student teams will conceptualize and design new automation modules using the proposed modular concepts.
