The major focus of the course is oriented to the role of technology
in the service sector and is organized in six parts:
- Discusses the role of services in an economy
- Managing services for competitive advantage
- Structuring the service enterprise
- Managing service operations
- Service productivity, quality and growth
- Concerns quantitative models with service
operations
