Introduction
To Polymer Chemistry
Chemistry Department - Chem-XXXX
Description
This course presents an overview of the nature and chemistry of
polymer molecules which have become a part of every aspect of
life. Among the topics treated are the concepts of molecular weight
and molecular weight distribution, the various techniques used
to characterize and study the properties of these intriguing materials,
as well as the organic chemistry used to prepare and modify them.
Current commercially used materials will be discussed within the
context of the course.
Prerequisites
