Constitution Notes

Here are a few things to keep in mind as you read the constitution:

• The constitution was written following the format of the model constitution given to Newman Fellowship by the E-board.

• The parts of the constitution that are bold faced are sentences and phrases that are required verbatim by the E-board.

• Much of the terminology, such as Executive Committee, regular business meeting, etc., was adopted as it was standard in the constitutions of other clubs on campus.
