How Can I Get
Connected to the Campus Network?
In order to get connected to
the Campus Network, you must have an authorized department contact either
e-mail a written request to telecom-l@lists.rpi.edu
or send a fax to 518-276-3000 with the following information:
- Your name
- Department contact
- Department
- Room number
- Phone number
- Deparment account number
to charge
- Description of what type
of work needs to be done
- If there is/isn't a jack
in the room
It normally takes approximately
10 business days for Telecommunications to process orders.
