The School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Rensselaer has a strong cluster of faculty in the environmental social sciences. The school offers an M.S. in Ecological Economics, Values, and Policy and Ph.D. programs in Ecological Economics and Science and Technology Studies that include specializations in the environmental social sciences. By utilizing our unique problem/solution methodology, the two programs provide students with the in-depth insight, hands-on experience and knowledge they need to advance their careers in research, education, government and industry.
