| Science Faculty
Our faculty consists of some of the world’s most highly educated and accomplished scientists.
Included among them are a Nobel laureate and three National Academy members. In addition, many are fellows in their professional societies, and all have achieved the highest attainable degree in their fields.
At Rensselaer, students work directly with this prestigious faculty; the names, theories, and research that make the cutting edge journal covers.
The hands-on learning atmosphere we’ve created in the School of Science demands small class sizes and frequent one-to-one attention from professors. There’s no way to get “lost in the shuffle” here.
The research activities of many of our faculty members and students are conducted within Rensseler’s major interdisciplinary research centers.
