Online Shopping Cart at Rensselaer (OSCAR) is a user-friendly eProcurement solution designed to streamline the requisition process for campus requestors. OSCAR allows for a more integrated and flexible purchasing experience in accessing both catalog and non-catalog suppliers.

To place an order with one of the online catalog suppliers, launch OSCAR. To request a user be added to OSCAR, please fill out the New OSCAR User request form in OSCAR.
