All Core Requests go through the On-line Facilities Customer Service Center (FIXX).
  1. Click on this link http//fixx.rpi.edu
  2. Choose the "New Request" button
  3. If you have not previously used this program you must login with your user ID and password
  4. Choose "Key Request" from the alphabetical listing
  5. Proceed to fill out this form and submit the request
