Welcome to the Facilities Customer Service Center
Need something "FIXXED"?? There are several ways to submit a request for facilities maintenance services. The following information can be used to determine the best way to inform us of how we can meet your facilities needs.

Use this link to access our on-line Service Request Program (NOTE: Do NOT use this feature for fire, flood, or other facilities emergency! See Emergency Procedures.)

Use this link to access the on-line Work Order database to determine status of a previously submitted Service Request.

Hours of Operation

The Facilities Customer Service Center is open 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. After regular hours, a voice mail system will record your non-emergency requests. This system is checked at the start of each business day and service requests are processed when the FCSC opens.
EMERGENCY
PROCEDURES

Situations that threaten personal safety should be reported IMMEDIATELY to Public Safety at 276-6656 or 276-6611.
 
Facility related emergencies should be reported to the FCSC between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Report after hour emergencies to Public Safety.
