Engineering Science

GAANN Fellow
Currently, I am working with Toh-Ming Lu in the Department of Physics at RPI.  Our research group concentrates on the fabrication and modification of 2 and 3 dimensional nano-structures.

My primary area of research is the fabrication of nano-structures using the oblique angle deposition technique and the measurement of their physical properties.  Specifically, I have been investigating the mechanical resonance and crystalline properties of various nano-structured geometries using x-ray diffraction (XRD) and different measurement modes of atomic force microscopy (AFM).
