Cars parked in handicapped spaces without a valid Rensselaer and handicapped permit issued by a State or local government may be ticketed and towed. Handicapped permits are not issued by Rensselaer and can be obtained from state or local government.
The fine for illegally parking in a designated handicapped parking space is $101.00.
