Rensselaer provides access to the residence halls during the summer session. Conference Services can house your guests in both single and double occupancy rooms in Warren, Nugent, or Davison Halls. Also available are rooms in the "Quad" (Quadrangle) with air conditioning and a close location to the conference facilities. In addition, all our residence halls provide laundry facilities for our guests.
Warren Hall
Located behind the Commons Dining Hall, Warren Hall is just a short walk to our dining services. Warren Hall is also the home of the Warren Hall Office were our adminstrative office resides for the conferences during the summer months.
Warren Hall is a three story building with handicap access. Each room is a double occupancy room with a personal bathroom. Each room is furnished with a cabinet, drawers, and tile floored.
Nugent and Davison Halls
Nugent and Davison Halls are also located behind the Commons Dining Hall, just a hair past Warren Hall. These buildings enclose a large activity field perfect for outdoor activities such as volleyball, picnics, and conference games.
Nugent and Davison Halls are four story buildings with handicap access. Each room is a double occupancy room with a suite bathroom. Each room is furnished with a cabinet, drawers, and tile floored.
The Quadrangle ("Quad")
The Quad is located on the academic side of campus. These buildings have the traditional RPI "feel" with the growing ivy over the red brick buildings, the paned windows, and beautiful architecture. The Quad is located very close to the Russell Sage Dining Hall. The Quad also has its own activity field and volleyball court.
The Quad consists of four story buildings with a few buildings offering handicap access. There are an assortment of double and single occupancy rooms complete with air conditioning. Each room is furnished with a cabinet, drawers, and varies between tile and carpet flooring.
Stacwyck Apartments
These apartments feature their own character and uniqueness in the RPI campus. While located a longer walk from the academic campus, these aparments will enhance the memory of your conferences and retreats.
