Career Highlights
Kim Rasmussen completed his M.S. and Ph.D in Physics at the Technical University of Denmark. Thereafter he was awarded a Fellowship at Los Alamos National Laboratory. In 2000 he was promoted to Technical Staff Member and continues several sucessful scientific investigations.Research Areas

Dr. Rasmussen is the Primary Investigator (PI) in Laboratory Direct Research and Development Project entitled “Understanding and Predicting the Dynamics of DNA”. He is also Co-PI in a NIH Project entitled “Promotor Prediction Using the Opening Profiles of DNA”. Furthermore, Rasmussen is Co-PI on a Center for Integrated Nanotechnology project entitled “Fundamental Structure-Property Determination in Model Multi-component Polymer Nanostructures”. |
