Curtiss ’50, retired after 37 years from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, instrumental in starting Rensselaer at Hartford; Nov. 2, 2006. Charles E. Kelly ’50, former production manager for Lockheed Martin, among other companies, active in professional and civic associations, very active in RPI music groups, most recently helping to raise funds for a memorial to Joel Dolven, and WWII Army veteran; Dec. 15, 2006. Fredericks III ’60, retired president, New Directions, a facilities management consulting firm, and former vice president, facilities, University of Buffalo, active in professional associations; Dec. 1, 2006. Anthony V. Carrano ’64, pioneer of the Human Genome Project, former associate director, Biology and Biotechnology Research Program at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and past president, Environmental Mutagen Society; Oct. 10, 2005. Charles L.
