Thesis/Project/Research Registration Form (PDF file)

A Masters' student may decide to register for MATH-6980, Master's Project in Mathematics (for 1-6 credit hours). Notice that the system does not allow you to adjust the number of credits when your register, but you can do this after you register by going to the "Registration Menu" and clicking "Update Independent Study, Project or Thesis Credits."

In addition, the student must submit the Thesis/Project/Research Registration Form. This should be submitted, signed by your advisor, to the Graduate Student Coordinator. The form will then be sent to the Registrar for processing.

As with all forms it is a good idea for you to retain a copy for your own records.
