one-credit workshops and half-semester, two-credit courses that aim to
address the real needs of students entering the workplace.

course, you'll create an electronic portfolio that displays representative
examples of your academic work, projects, and activities to track your
own development and eventually, if you wish, to show to others for prospective
co-ops, employment, or graduate school admission. This process also helps
you to self-assess the knowledge and skills you've gained so far to aid
planning your future course work and career preparation. Suggested for
sophomores& juniors.

This course focuses
on writing improvement through one-on-one tutoring in an online environment.
The instructor and student jointly design an individualized curriculum
to meet the student's specific writing needs. This course builds on or
supplements a student's expository (nonfiction) writing, although other
writing projects will be considered. Intended primarily for students in
co-op or study abroad programs. Students must be off-campus to take
this course.
Prerequisite:
