Jablonski's Wonderful Abstract

for my proposed website, i am enlisting the help of greg to accomplish the daunting feat of creating a homepage for our local shrm chapter. ok...maybe it's not THAT daunting, but it should still be some work...

well, anyways, "shrm" stands for the Society of Human Resource Managers. there are chapters of this across the country, with some located in the capital district area. the rpi chapter is comprised of approximately 20-30 members, and they will all be represented through our page. it will consist of a member's resume, some background info on them, some info on the chapter, and various links to the member's homepage, to the shrm headquarters, and so on. we have collectively "pitched" this idea to our club, and they are very interested in the proposal. they have offered to help us (when needed), so it should give a fair representation of our club...

in this project, greg and i hope to present two different versions of this "new" homepage, showing everyone how our seperate presentations are based on ethos. many of your comments posted on the list asked why we weren't dealing with logos instead, and i think that we can incorporate the two, with logos supporting the main focus, ethos. hopefully, my hypothesis, if you will, holds up so that our point is made...
